How to get there: Free shuttle bus will run from Ashfield Mall, or cycle to the Carnival and use the free secure bike parking to go in the draw to win some great cycling prizes!
ABOUT THE CARNIVAL
Celebrate many cultures in one community. Kids will enjoy FREE pony rides, animal farm, giant earth ball, jumping castle and giant slide.
Tempt your tastebuds at the international food market. A great range of market and community stalls. Learn about volunteering locally.
Other Carnival highlights include parachute games, fun AFL skills , crazy cricket, mini tennis ‘Poetry in the Park’, FREE barefoot bowls, meet the Artist in Residence and art workshops, Medieval combat display and FREE plant giveaway for residents (proof of address required).
Main Stage entertainment from 10am:
· Traditional Aboriginal welcome
· Chinese and Indian cultural performances
· Dancing
· Singing
· Live Music
· Citizenship Ceremony at 12.30pm
